The first YOYO Babyzen stroller was invented in 2009. The inventor of the YOYO stroller is an engineer named Gilles Henry, who became a co-founder of the Babyzen brand along with Jean-Michel Chaudeurge (the stroller designer) and his son Julien Chaudeurge (the President specializing in marketing).
In 2006, during their meeting, Gilles Henry presented a prototype of a foldable and compact stroller.
Immediately, the men joined forces to successfully bring their project to life: creating the best compact stroller in the world.
The project was a success in 2009 with the “ZEN” model and exploded upon the release of the YOYO 2.
It became the iconic model of the Babyzen brand.
